Enjoy a luxurious stay at The Ulsterville, a premium serviced accommodation in Northern Ireland. Park up in our free on-site guest parking and relax in stylish, modern surroundings. Apartment conveniences include a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, kettle, and toaster, with complimentary tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms are tiled with award-winning Fanal designs, featuring rainfall and power showers along with complimentary Rituals toiletries.


Each bedroom boasts king-size beds, 5* rated hotel mattresses, and 300-thread-count luxury bed linen, with a hairdryer provided. We also offer two complimentary private car parks, available for guest use only. We offer laundrette and a dry cleaning service, we also offer a dining in options from our local trusted suppliers, please enquire for details.


In 2017, Poplar Investments Limited proposed a £2.5 million redevelopment of 56 Ulsterville Avenue, revitalizing the original vacant house. The project included refurbishing the building and adding a new, sensitively designed extension, which opened in 2019 as The Ulsterville, welcoming its first guests.

  • Cancellation Policy

    The Ulsterville Residences offers a free cancellation up to 3pm, 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date - for bookings made directly through our website or via email. Unless you have a non-refundable booking.


    When amendments or cancellations are required on bookings made via a third-party website, you must contact customer services on the booking platform used at the time of booking. The Ulsterville Residences are unable to make any changes on their behalf. Please note- third party may have their own policies in place so please refer to your booking confirmation email.

  • Smoking

    Guests are not permitted to smoke in anywhere in the building, apartments or communal areas. We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card up to €250/£250 for smoking in the room.

  • Competitions policy

    If you wish to offer an experience at The Ulsterville Residences as a prize, please contact the Marketing department by emailing theulsterveille@gmail.com. 

    Please note that if you do not agree to your competition in advance with the Marketing department, you may be asked to remove your prize with an immediate effect. Third party use of The Ulsterville Residences branding without our authorisation is prohibited.
